Booth Design & Package

This format will not preclude exhibitors using their own backdrops within the space allocated.  The majority of sites available will be of size 3 x 3 metres and multiple size.  The cost of these sites is listed below.  A table and two chairs will be provided for each site. Up to 500W of electrical power for lighting (220V), and for low power consumption items such as video players, will be provided for each site, but exhibitors are reminded to equip themselves with the appropriate continental adaptors and transformers that they may need.  The booths will have three 100W spotlights.

EXHIBITION LAYOUT AND SPACE ASSIGNMENT

A plan of the IBF – India 2008 Exhibition area is available . Companies intending to exhibit are advised to complete the Registration Form and e-mail or fax it to us with a copy to email address:ibf@pearlecc.com, as soon as possible, listing their preferred choice of site, together with two reserve choices.  Site allocation will be made on a first-come, first-served basis and every effort will be made to meet your preferences.  If your listed choices are unavailable, you will be contacted regarding the best available alternatives.

Fees and Registration For Overseas Candidates.

Fees, per exhibitor, to attend the Conference are given below. These include attendance at all sessions, documentation, morning coffee, lunch, afternoon tea, the evening social events, access to the exhibition and a copy of the Exhibition Catalogue.

Registration

To register for the Fair, please complete the registration form and send it to the Conference Secretariat, with payment in US Dollars. Please refer to the form for payment options which include cheque, bank transfer or credit card. 

Cancellation

If it becomes necessary to cancel a registration, please contact the Secretariat . The following refund conditions will apply:

50% refund

Substitutions may be made at any time but the Conference Secretariat must be informed.
